If you have a credit card that is no longer used or you want to change your funding source for another reason, you can do so via Paypal. Due to security reasons, Showdog.com cannot access your billing information to do this; you must do it yourself through the Paypal system.
Follow these steps:

*Go to the Edit Account Info page and get the Paypal ID number of your subscription and write it down or copy it.
*Go to Paypal and login to the Paypal account your subscription is setup under.
*Click "All Activity."
*Click "Advanced Search."
*Search for your Paypal ID number in step one in "Transaction ID."
*If you entered the right Paypal ID in step 5 the search will result in a page with your subscription information including the date of the subscription, and the next billing date. In the bottom section, you have the option to change your funding source.
