I think anyone can but a Conformation show can run up to $3000/show. If you choose a cheaper one it could be $2000 or more.
Specialies are much cheaper.

I'm not 100% sure if Basic players can create shows or not.
On the Left under SHOWS in your kennel, do you see the Add Show option?

I don't believe basic users can create a show, i'm basic but my cousin is premium and he can

The sit for exam is a modified version of the Stand for Exam. It is generally used in novice level classes and requires the handler to order the dog to sit and then to move away from the dog the length of the leash. The judge will then approach the dog and pet the dog's head.
