I have sent 2 messages to admin and 2 to staff both have been read but no reply. I have also emailed. I cannot phone you as I am in the UK

I paid for a years upgrade on Sunday through paypal, I logged out and then back in but I am still showing as basic. I appreciate if it cannot be sorted immediately but it would be nice to have an idea when this will be sorted

I CANNOT CALL THE US

I am sorry to shout but this is the second time I have been told to call after clearly stating I am unable to do so

The OP did say that they were in the UK...Last time I looked at a map, That would not be in the US

They did clearly say they were from the UK... and I can fully understand their frustrations if they have upgraded and are yet still basic.

Maybe an American user might kindly offer to call on your behalf? I'm also in the UK also otherwise I would.

I have emailed and messaged admin and staff again.
I just want to be kept in the loop if there is a problem is all. The messages are being read so why not just say "I will look into it for you"

I'm sorry to get angry with you Kalynda but I did say I was in the UK.

I do understand your frustration - I can see that your post said that you are in the UK too

I am in the UK also so it would be costly for me to call on your behalf

If no-one in the US can call for you I guess we could try to message Jeff for you too?

I wish I could help but don’t know how.

Tbh I would feel a bit awkward asking someone to ring for me. It is a big ask!
