They also have to be sessioned.
I think up to a certain point they are excused and you loose your money.

Source dogs aren't that great. You're better off in the long run to find established lines if you want to be competitive.

A conformation dog show is not a comparison of one dog to another but a comparison of each dog to a judge's mental image of the ideal breed type as outlined in the individual breed's breed standard.
