How long does it typically take to session show obedience to 20? I've been sessioning one of my dogs since its birth, and the other since day 10. Everything is 20 except that laugh :D Anyone can give me some guidance on this?

Every breed is different. My Toy Poodles get to 20 at 16 days, Poms can take over 30 days. Other users in the breed will have the best answers.

The various breeds in my kennels all session differently --

Keeshonds take 22 days ; Samoyeds take 26 days ; Norwegian Buhunds take 15 days and Norwegian Elkhounds take 32 days.

I have found that when I start sessioning pups at an older age it seems to extend the time needed to finish show obedience.

Basenjis are around day 33 - they're a bit stubborn (lol).

Did you know?
Since its centenary year in 1991, Crufts has officially been recognised as the world's largest and most prestigious dog show by the Guinness Book of Records, with a total of 22,973 dogs being exhibited that year.
