Are all current SOP Kelpies gone from the game?

I checked the breeder's directory and not a single account had anything beside starter dogs.

I reclaimed all of the dogs I could and placed them up for automatic sale, in an old kennel. They're about a year old so hopefully they live long enough to breed.

Thank you so much! I bought 5 of them.

I didn't realize my original post was from my other kennel.

Thanks Blitz. Have just bought the remainder.

Silk N Denim - snap. Thought about them the other day and went looking. Thanks for chasing them up.

Thank you everyone, I hated the thought of having to start them all over from sources.

I would be interested in buying some more so keep digging them up lol.

Keep an eye out for Silverlea Kennel and also Silverbridge and Kantissa. They have not been on Showdog since 11 April this year. But all three kennels have a lot of top SOP kelpies. Unfortunately they don't have any of their kelpies listed at stud (except for the one below) or sale at this stage. I suggest keeping an eye out in case they come back into the game at some stage in the future.

Found this dog at stud for you:

I just love the way some breeders will hog all the Kelpies.... sad :(

I am always late on things like this.

If anyone else has some Kelpies to share, please PM me.

Thanks

I believe the above poster still has some available.

As to being late, you could have done the same thing I did and just asked if anyone had any, no one is hogging anything.

Feel free to message my Ponds kennel and I will send you a pair.

The dogs listed above are on the person's reclaim list which means it's costing them $300 to reclaim them and they are then passing them onto us for $100. They are loosing money to help us bring the breed back.

How are people supposed to know you're interested in dogs if you don't speak up? It cost me $300 each to reclaim the dogs and I wouldn't have spend the money if no one was interested. I wouldn't know if someone was interested until it was posted about. You're not "late", people who had the dogs available to reclaim really did not know anyone else was interested.

Thankfully with everyone who's reclaimed dogs, there should be enough puppies to go around to help keep the COI down. Just give it a little time and check the sales boards, no one can read minds here.

The breed also isnt going to be hoarded. I know I'll likely be selling at least one of my girls on when I get pups and see what they are like happy :)
