It's the end of the month and again there are 12 new judges, except that they aren't new judges, and you can't assign handlers to any of these judges.
Surely there must be a way of fixing this as it happens every month without fail.

There is obviously a software glitch. It makes it impossible to enter dogs. Then if it ever gets fixed during the month it takes hours to enter everything and assign handlers. Last time, I entered dogs and missed when the handlers started working, so couldn't get any decent ones. It's crazy and frustrating.
