Hi All!
(According to the Breeder Directory that means the 2 of us. <g>wink ;)

Since there seem to be quite a few 'community' threads going on
I thought it would be fun and possibly helpful - and maybe bring in some new breeders... if we had a thread too.

Any and all Manchester Toy Terrier discussion is welcome...
Including, but not limited to:

- New High SOPs
- Stud Dog Discussion - Who's New, Who's Hot, etc
- In the Show Ring - Brags, Judge Discussion, etc
- Breeding - trait projects / Color projects - Achievements & Brags
- Puppies and Dogs For Sale

Current Breeders:

LesPetites (From LetsShow kennel)

and I'll start it off!

The show ring for April was pretty quiet. I do have one male that I'm campaigning
- CH LesPetites Midnight Mirage -
He is currently the #11 Toy and depending on the judges for the rest of the month that might go up and it might go down. I have my fingers crossed for good judges.

He has done well under judges:

Jeff Dunbar
Alexander Crossland
Blanca Taylor

The National is on the 23rd - and the only dogs entered are my four.
The three I've been showing and a new boy that will turn 14 days on the 22nd.

It would be nice to see a new player or two!

I am planning to sit down and plan some breedings and do a little kennel clean up; so keep an eye out for retiring broodies and let me know if you would like to be on the waiting list for a puppy.

Ah, yes, also I will put together the breed info for our breed page on the SD Chronicle. I'll post the link in the original post above once the page is available.

Litters due May 13th -

If you are interested in Toy Manchester Terriers - post here or send me a PM to get on the waiting list. (Litters are generally small.)

This fun little breed has occasional group placements and they are easy keepers. (They are generally sessioned and ready for the show ring at 14 days.)

We'd love to see you join us!

Did you know?
The first obedience title is a CD, or "Companion Dog", which is earned through competition in the Novice obedience class.
