Could we maybe move the miscellaneous box links above admin topics? I'd be hapy with below notes or below the chat room. I don't use the chat room, so below note makes more sense to me, but may depend on how many users use chat. The admin topics just tends to be very long, and I often only need the first few, (when we aren't in the middle of a layout change of course). I have to scroll way down to even know the miscellaneous links are there. I liked them better in their old location, higher on the right hand side.
