A lot of the stuff I'm doing causes user sessions to reset and log you out which is obviously a pain for everyone.
I'm probably going to switch to cookies instead of sessions. The reason we're session instead of cookie based goes back to an issue in 2006 and isn't really relevant any longer. If you don't like getting logged out, don't visit the site between 5-8 tomorrow morning. Please keep the suggestions/reports coming in the thread linked at the top of the site. |
