I was looking at one of my new pride and joy puppies, and he is not going up in condition very quickly, his parents are not what I call "session retards" so I looked at his generation number. Because once upon a time I read somewhere in a thread that the newer generations can be slow to condition or session.

Well, I thought he would be a 54 or so, surely not more than a 55.
He in fact is a 59. Wait... What happened?!? When did I age??
I thought one of my first Weims here (back in mid 09) was a generation 50, no no no! It can't happen, I've gotten old again!
I looked back, just to see how old I am, and my first Weim was actually a 47. Talk about a major difference there... I've aged 12 SD generations, and missed it somehow!
