 About This month's challenge is based upon how well you are able to predict future successful show dogs, which play a vital role in within all kennels. Aptly named "Next Star Show Dog," this *SD Fever Challenge* requires you to use a mixture of knowledge and chance to claim the "first place" prize. The winning dog, belonging to it's respective owner, will be calculated based on All-Breed Confirmation Show results. The scale of points is attached below. Breed Specialties/Obedience results are not included in order to keep the competition fair for all. (due to availability of specialties to compete in per breed) Important Information .You may only enter one dog per kennel to represent you, even if you are involved within multiple breeds. .Nominate a dog to represent you before the 18th. Late entries will not be accepted. Place your entries here by following the form provided below. .Simply nominate a dog to represent you. The given dog must be between 14-110 days old to be entered. .The dog you enter must be your own (you do not need to have bred it), and must not exchange kennels within the duration of the challenge. .The NSSD Challenge will run from the 18th-28th. Show results on each of these days will be included in the points tally. No previous results your dog has achieved prior to these dates will be included. .During the competition period you may enter whichever show you like, and may use whichever handlers you like. I consider these all part of your showing tactics & therefore this part of the challenge is completely open. You may also use sessions. Points Schedule Best In Breed: 2 For BOB wins, you must have competed against atleast one other dog for the points to be eligible Group 4th/Group 3rd: 5 Group 2nd: 10 Best In Group: 15 4th In Show/3rd In Show: 16 Runner-Up In Show: 20 Best In Show: 30 Form Owner's Kennel Name: Dog's Registered Name: Link to Dog: Age: Breed: Simply post the above form, filled out, on this thread. All show results will be tracked by myself, and a Challenge thread will be created following the nominations Reward First Place Wins: $200 GP (for the winning dog's page) Tag (for the winner's kennel page) + a Specialty Show sponsored Contact me if you would like to donate to the prize list Please feel free to ask any questions.
