My dog earned it's UD the other day. So ... now what do we do?! Is there any point in continuing to trial in Utility B? We're earning points, but what do those count towards? Or am I just wasting money for no reason beyond obtaining the title?

I think now it is more so just a wasting money. If you still would like to continue obedience than I would reccomend you get another dog to do obedeince with and just try and get as many obedience titles for as many dogs as you can. I would also reccomend if you enjoy doing this that you offer obedeince finnishing as I know some people really would like that, and you can also get quite a bit of cash doing obedience finnishing, but it takes quite a bit of time.
