YAY.
I'm off to Melbourne in about 7 weeks. Im catchin a plane with my boyfriend and staying at back packers hostels in the city for a week. Then off to MT Hotham to go skiing woohooo I havent been skiing in 8 years!

If any body knows of any good cheap but nice places to stay please let me know as I've never stayed in back packers places before happy :)
Also what is there to do last time I went into the city centre I only stayed 6 hours so didn't get to see much. I am over 18 so any good clubs/ pubs ect would be ideal.
Any extra info would be good! I am hopefully catching up with Stephe / Rijbakluva so that will be exciting!

I live about an hours drive out of Melbourne- its so cold and overcast here at the moment- but Im sure you'll have a great time.

The casino is a great place to go out and party hard- I also like Retro night club- Im a child of the 80s- sad, but true lol

As for backpackers- I know there is one near the Queen Vic Market at the top end of Elizabeth Street- also the YMCA is good- stayed there for a year 12 camp.

Hope you enjoy your stay!

more ANZ- but there are bendigos in most places now. Go where withdrawal fees are less- as then you can use any atm :P

YEAH Ill be at a show on Saturday at KCC Park in Cranbourne- if you have access to a set of wheels- take the tunnel out of the city (the Burnley tunnel) follow the freeway til you get to the Cranbourne/Phillip Island turn off- keep following that road- youll go through a big round about with a maccas and a BP on it- keep going- about a k from there on the right hand side of the road is a big airport hanger place! Thats it!

Ill be there handling GSPs and maybe a Golden Retriever- would be great to catch up

Did you know?
The sit for exam is a modified version of the Stand for Exam. It is generally used in novice level classes and requires the handler to order the dog to sit and then to move away from the dog the length of the leash. The judge will then approach the dog and pet the dog's head.
