Guys you can do it just keep showing under judges that love your breed

Thank you

Wow, huge congrats!!!!

Do tell. I have had a few dogs with Group wins, but that is as far as I have been able to get.

Can you tell me a bit about how to choose judges other than just the judges favorite handlers?

I know there is more to it...but don't know.

I would appreciate it.

I check every judge for all shows they have done and choose them but look at what the best in show winner handler is as it’s not always the one that is most favoured or listed. If that helps

For chasing show placements:

Each day look at the all breed results for each show. Look at see what breeds are getting put up. If you see your breed go up, make note of that judge.

Another thing to do is look at judge trait preferences. Sometimes you can slip a group win in if the Judge has your breeds 20/15 traits as their preferences.

Following results is the easiest way though.

And....... Congrats to Pooh on another win with your Gordons!

Did you know?
A conformation dog show is not a comparison of one dog to another but a comparison of each dog to a judge's mental image of the ideal breed type as outlined in the individual breed's breed standard.
