this post has been edited 1 time(s) Scroll down to the bottom of the page. There is both a mailing address and a phone number. Where it says "Privacy Policy" you will find an email address: admin@showdog.com All the games have a similar address, just change the species. That said, I do not always get such a prompt response either but he is aware of and working on the issue.
