So this account is telling me that I have to upgrade. But the other four in my family account aren’t. I paid a months subs on 23rd March & haven’t cancelled the DD

I have messaged Jeff but could it be due to anything I’ve done wrong?

It’s ok I figured it out, it had dropped off my family account somehow, I re-added it now
